Ashleigh in the media

Ashleigh's groundbreaking research has captured the attention of numerous media outlets, leading to its coverage in hundreds of print and online articles.

"One of Rosette’s insights, and one of the reasons I was excited about the paper, is that a lot of prior studies on negotiation only looked at what happened when a deal was struck. And when a deal is reached, men do often tend to get more than women do. But by failing to factor in negotiations that end in an impasse, those studies seem to have sold women short."
